Job Description
Senior Director providing enterprise leadership for product lifecycle management at Baylor Genetics. Responsible for overseeing execution across clinical test portfolio and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise leadership for the end-to-end lifecycle management of Baylor Genetics’ clinical test portfolio.
- Define and govern the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) operating model and oversee a team responsible for execution across diagnostic domains.
- Ensure that products are launched, maintained, optimized, and retired with discipline, consistency, and speed.
- Serve as a key link between product strategy and execution, ensuring portfolio priorities translate into predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, or a related field required.
- 12+ years of experience in product management, lifecycle management, portfolio management, or product operations
- Demonstrated experience leading people and scaling product teams
- Experience operating in highly regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environments
- Proven success building and governing enterprise product operating models
