Job Description
District Manager leading AbbVie’s immunology pharmaceutical business in Jinan, China. Planning regional markets, managing teams, engaging healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliant execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop work plans based on established objectives and regional market conditions, and track, adjust, and improve them promptly
- Analyze, manage, and allocate regional resources, and summarize and optimize them in a timely manner
- Build an efficient team and foster a culture of compliant operations and integrity
- Provide professional training for regional personnel and develop individual development plans
- Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals
- Identify opportunities and expand new business
- Establish cross-departmental and cross-regional communication mechanisms to ensure communication efficiency and quality
- Strictly comply with the company's OEC policy and effectively execute company marketing plans
- Report drug adverse events related to company products discovered during daily work and assist PV in collecting required information when necessary
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, practicing company values and integrity and compliance principles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, graduated in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field
- More than five years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than two years of team management experience
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Good medical understanding and market planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and cross-department collaboration skills
- Willingness to undertake corresponding business travel as required by the company
