Job Description
Senior Electrical Designer developing electrical systems for large-scale industrial and process facilities. Coordinaing with engineering teams and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review detailed electrical design documents including single-line diagrams, layouts, and cable schedules.
- Design electrical systems for industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and applicable codes.
- Support procurement and review vendor submittals.
- Mentor junior designers.
- Support construction and commissioning activities.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of industrial electrical design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Strong understanding of power distribution systems.
