Job Description
As an ERP Senior Consultant – Finance at Redcare Pharmacy, you will manage Finance IT to enhance ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics technology. Engage in strategic initiatives while mentoring colleagues and driving system evolution.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of ERP modules and strategic initiatives, designing scalable solutions that support the continued evolution of our Finance systems.
- Design and optimize ERP data models, integrations and end-to-end data flows across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2009 environments.
- Act as a trusted advisor for ERP architecture and process design, partnering with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver best-fit solutions.
- Lead and mentor colleagues by coordinating smaller initiatives, reviewing deliverables and sharing your expertise to help the team grow.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing business processes, identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best-practice ERP solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or enterprise IT, with deep expertise in complex Finance ERP environments.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, including enterprise integrations and solution architecture.
- Enjoy combining technical leadership with business understanding, helping shape scalable ERP solutions that support long-term business goals.
- Communicate confidently in English and enjoy sharing your knowledge while working closely with colleagues across different teams.
