Job Description
Senior Program Manager coordinating Texas server manufacturing for NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure. Managing production readiness, schedules, BOM/ECO implementation, and cross-functional factory teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate processes and material readiness
- Conduct build schedule exercises and communicate status to headquarters
- Drive factory mass-production teams to check BOM/ECO implementation efficiently and effectively
- Lead and facilitate mass-production meetings with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering representatives
- Support process development, pilot, and manufacturing ramp-up
- Improve internal processes and remove gaps across multiple teams and functions
- Improve NVIDIA’s factory planning function
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering
- 12+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience
- Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is desirable
- Deep understanding of project management teams, conflict resolution, and meeting schedule timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
- High interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and cross-organizational work
- Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation
- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to track and report metrics and manage risks
- Organized and efficient time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Proven track record in Program or Project Management
