Job Description
Senior Finance Analyst in Global Supply Chain optimizing financial operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely. Driving operational improvements and providing financial leadership for enterprise initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic management and evaluation of the division’s operational working capital
- Partner with business leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proactively analyze key business information and identify important insights
- Advise cross-functional teams on business/data insights and trends
- Participate proactively in strategic business reviews and business team meetings
- Provide financial leadership to Enterprise-level initiatives
- Query Company databases to extract key financial and fulfillment data
- Consolidate strategic initiatives for presentation and review with leadership
- Analyze and monitor working capital components to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align inventory management practices with financial objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of A/P transactions
- Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives affecting working capital management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from a four-year college/university
- Prior experience in Manufacturing Operations
- Ability to work independently and to know when to ask for help in resolving specific financial issues
- Must be able to work with all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles and concepts
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting techniques, financial statement analysis, project costing techniques, financial controls, and business case analysis
- Advanced level Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI and MS PowerPoint required.
