Job Description
Senior Fullstack Developer at NDD, focused on transforming financial services through technology. Involve in creating secure and efficient payment solutions for the financial ecosystem.

Requirements:
- Security of financial APIs and regulatory compliance
- Integration with the national financial ecosystem
- Observability strategy
- Strong regulatory literacy and business acumen
- Systemic view and strategic thinking
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with API governance and versioning
- Ability to translate regulation into technical architecture
- Microservices, APIs (REST + OpenAPI/Swagger) and public APIs (Open Finance, Open Insurance), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, observability-focused architecture (tracing, structured logs, metrics)
- .NET, Node.js, Angular, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, cloud architecture
- CI/CD with embedded security (DevSecOps), resilience and availability (circuit breakers, retries, fallback)
- TechFin-specific knowledge
- PIX (integration strategy with SPI and DICT)
- Open Finance Brazil (phases 1 to 4 + standardised APIs)
- SPB and STR (integration with settlement institutions)
- Registrars (CIP, CERC) and anti-fraud providers (Clearsale, Serasa)
- BACEN APIs and regulated arrangements
- LGPD (protection of sensitive data)
- OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 (with emphasis on FAPI – Financial-grade API)
- ICP-Brasil digital certificates (A1/A3)
- JWS/JWT signatures + Mutual TLS
- Consent management and data lifecycle in Open Finance
- Structure of the Brazilian Financial System
- Regulatory frameworks of BACEN, CVM and SUSEP
- Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Embedded Finance strategies
- Experience with regulated fintechs (IP, SCFI, SCD, SEPs)
- Alignment between architecture and BACEN/CMN regulations
- Certifications and courses that are differentiators:
- OpenID Foundation (FAPI, OAuth, OIDC)
- ANBIMA exams (CPA-20, CEA) or Febraban certifications
- Courses from ABFintechs, Fenasbac, Serpro, TecBan
- DDD, Clean Architecture, Event Storming
