Job Description
Seeking Senior Engineer for Multi-Agent Trading Simulation. Building reliable, reproducible research platforms for trading agents in Hangzhou.
Responsibilities:
- 构建事件驱动的市场模拟器和可扩展的多智能体运行环境
- 设计策略接口、回测、撮合、费用、滑点和风险模型
- 管理数百到数千个智能体的调度、状态、日志和故障恢复
- 建立实验追踪、基准、统计检验和防止数据泄漏的流程
- 与研究人员一起把想法转化为可验证、可复现的实验
Requirements:
- 常驻杭州或能在杭州工作，5 年以上后端、分布式系统或量化基础设施经验
- 熟练使用 Python，并掌握 Go、Rust、C++ 或高性能数据系统中的至少一种
- 理解回测偏差、市场微观结构、时间序列和实验设计
- 能构建可靠系统并清楚解释性能与正确性的权衡
