Job Description
Senior Fullstack Engineer leading Django and React web development efforts at Jabil. Act as key driver of web development with a focus on high-quality delivery and team guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of web development direction within the project
- Design and implement backend (Django) and frontend (React) solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable systems
- Support and guide the team in web-related decisions and implementation
- Ensure code quality, architecture, and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Full-stack Engineer
- Proven hands-on experience with Django (Python) for backend development and React for frontend development
- Ability to design and develop web applications end-to-end
- Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and system design
- Experience working with business logic and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to lead web development efforts within a team
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience working in teams with limited web expertise
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
