Job Description
Senior Global Program Manager at Viatris managing project timelines and budgets for pharmaceutical development. Collaborating with global teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support effective global Project Team meetings
- Ensure meeting deliverables and agreements are carried out
- Lead team development of project timeline and budget
- Maintain, monitor, and report project progress
- Communicate difficult concepts to ensure team understanding
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget
- Coordinate and compile global project scope documents
- Work with project team members to assure alignment
- Identify project risks and create mitigation plans
- Develop and implement Integrated Development Plan
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 7-10 years of experience
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of pharmaceutical development experience preferred
- PMP certification a plus but not required
- Must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical development programs
- Strong Project Management skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex documents
- Ability to write comprehensive reports
- Proficiency in English required
