Job Description

HR Analyst managing employee benefits for AI/R Group. Ensuring compliance and quality in payroll processes and benefit administration in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute benefits routines (health and dental plans, meal/food allowances - VR/VA, transportation voucher, life insurance, childcare allowance, among others).
  • Process enrollments, terminations, adjustments, and transfers in internal systems and supplier portals.
  • Ensure monthly benefits closing, fully aligned and integrated with payroll.
  • Handle sensitive and high-complexity cases, especially related to health insurance.
  • Perform financial reconciliations, invoice validation, controls, and provisions for the area.
  • Prepare and monitor HR operational reports and KPIs.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for more complex team queries and requests.
  • Support and guide analysts and assistants, ensuring quality of deliverables, organized routines, and timely completion.
  • Monitor internal SLAs and actively contribute to process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with Benefits, Payroll, SST (Occupational Health & Safety) and other HR areas.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Payroll/Personnel (Departamento Pessoal), with a strong focus on benefits.
  • Experience with monthly closing, reconciliations, and interfacing with payroll.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues, high volume, and complex demands.
  • Organized, analytical profile with good communication skills.
  • Senior attitude, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility for deliverables.
  • Preferably experienced with SAP.
