Job Description
Senior IT Project Manager for ASCENT Consortium implementing information-based solutions like database building and project management. Manage IT projects while supporting operations and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT and software-related projects supporting operations.
- Oversee application support initiatives, system enhancements, service improvements, and training.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Assist with software support (Airtable or similar software) and coordination of the ASCENT lab.
- Create workspaces (e.g., sheets/reports/dashboards/interfaces) to assist with reporting requirements.
- Build workflows and automations in Asana to support the ASCENT Consortium activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Two (2) years of professional experience in project management using digital operations platforms.
- Experience with collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Database and data management expertise using Airtable.
- Experience with Asana for tracking team tasks.
- Experience with scheduling (i.e. Outlook, Calendly, and other similar software).
- Experience with project management software (i.e. Asana, Smartsheet).
