Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel accelerating deal velocity for US market at a global AI workflow leader. Advising on privacy and regulatory matters while supporting corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
- Anchor the company’s go-to-market strategy in the United States
- Handle complex enterprise SaaS agreements
- Create and localize playbooks and processes for US-based GTM teams
- Advise on privacy, data security, AI, and regulatory issues
- Support US corporate matters including governance and vendor contracts
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience handling commercial SaaS deals
- Familiarity on privacy and marketing issues
- Experience creating commercial playbooks and processes
- Some experience with federal and state public sector procurement
- Understanding of open source and AI licensing issues
- Experience in early-stage commercial and IP dispute assessment
Benefits:
- Compensation consists of an annual base salary range of $210,000 to $250,000
