Job Description
Senior LiveOps Game Designer at New Moon Production developing engaging content for F2P farming/simulation games. Collaborating with a skilled team to innovate and enhance player experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Transform high level opportunities into concrete and well thought out limited time event designs
- Craft the narrative design for the events within given boundaries for Big Farm Mobile Harvest
- Experienced in creating comprehensive UX designs, from wireframing to detailed UX implementation
- Implement the final content design using the existing tools in Unity 3D (as conversation content under a quest system)
- Help ideating the recurring monthly events, expecting to take full autonomy as you develop yourself
- Bring innovative thinking and collaborate with a wider group of seasoned game designers
Requirements:
- Passion for and knowledge in F2P farming / simulation games (like Township, Hay Day, Klondike, etc.) and interest for games with deeper storytelling
- Bachelor’s degree in game design, or related field
- Proven experience working in Live Ops, understanding of Live calendar and be able to design Live Ops events and loops
- Understanding of monetization - ideally be able to design offers
- Data oriented and able to read data, and use it in designing features/events/offers
- You are independent and trustworthy, you get things done in time no matter what
- Open-minded and easygoing personality, communicative and willing to learn through constructive feedback
- Capable with Excel and balancing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
