Job Description
Associate Director managing commercial data operations and supporting technology at BeOne. Collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality data management and platform efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance the commercial technology ecosystem
- Drive operational excellence across commercial data platforms
- Manage commercial data operations and customer data management processes
- Oversee the provisioning and delivery of high-quality commercial data
- Support customer master data governance processes
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial technology platforms
- Coordinate data integration and data provisioning initiatives
- Monitor vendor performance against established service levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience with a Bachelors or 7+ years with a Masters in related field
- 5+ years of Pharmaceutical industry Commercial operations or related experience
- Experience in implementing & managing Master Data Management solutions
- Experience in working with Cloud-based platforms (AWS Redshift, EC2, Databricks, Snowflake, Reltio etc)
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy data, Specialty Distributor data, Patient Hub data, VA data, CRM & Claims
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate needs assessments across organizations
