Job Description

Operations Coordinator at NoGigiddy coordinating projects across various departments remotely. Ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining project management tools in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and workflows across departments — content, marketing, partnerships, and support
  • Maintain project management tools and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and closed
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings — set agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Identify process inefficiencies and help implement improvements
  • Manage internal documentation — SOPs, templates, and company wikis
  • Handle vendor and contractor onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • No degree required
  • Exceptional organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  • Strong written and verbal communication across a remote team
  • Proficient with project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented — you fix problems before they become fires
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving environment
