Job Description

Administrative & Operations Coordinator supporting university application processes for an educational consulting firm. Involves calendar management, meeting logistics, and consultant support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the definitive handler and strategist for team calendars.
  • Proactively orchestrate complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Draft and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas in advance.
  • Provide live session support to ensure seamless and productive meetings.
  • Proactively extract, centralize, and validate internal and external data.
  • Strictly enforce standardization across client folders and shared drives.
  • Verify that all necessary student files are organized and accessible.
  • Draft, format, and broadcast clear announcements via Slack.
  • Manage high-volume inbox filtering and ad-hoc administrative requests.
  • Monitor workflow progress strictly from a timeline and compliance perspective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any Top University in the Philippines
  • Prior experience in project management, data analysis, logistical operations, and administrative roles is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is required
  • Proficiency in Monday.com is preferred
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and lexicon
  • Experience in education consulting or college admissions is preferred but not required
  • Experience working PST hours is preferred but not required
