Job Description
Development Operations Analyst supporting The Obama Foundation’s fundraising team with data entry and operational efficiency. Collaborating with various teams to maintain high-quality donor records and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide agile support across Development Operations workstreams; serve as a trained backup for gift processing and grant agreement workflows.
- Collaborate with the Database and Central Development teams to audit, update, and optimize Salesforce reports and campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gift management procedures and agreement protocols.
- Accurately record and maintain donor and prospect information, ensuring high data quality across the CRM.
- Perform due diligence checks and basic research on donors and prospects to support the frontline fundraising teams.
Requirements:
- A genuine desire to support others and a "no task is too small" attitude.
- Comfort learning new software quickly; prior exposure to Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus, but not required if you are a fast learner.
- Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping; you enjoy "getting the details right."
- The ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously while staying focused on deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with a focus on being helpful and clear in a remote work environment.
