Job Description
Senior Consultant in M&A analyzing financial and operational data for EY-Parthenon. Engaging in research, valuation, and market entry strategies within a global team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial, operational and commercial analysis of companies
- Industry/sector research
- Discussion of strategic options and identification of potential transaction risks
- Preparation of marketing/distribution materials such as: Teaser, Confidential Information Memorandum ("CIM"), Executive Summary and Process Letter
- Economic and financial valuation (Valuation)
- Preparation of long lists and shortlists
- Coordination/management of the go-to-market process
- Coordination/management of due diligence and the dataroom
- Support in discussions of transaction documents
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance
- Experience in financial modeling (Valuation)
- Experience in M&A processes (buy-side and/or sell-side)
- Knowledge of Due Diligence processes
- Advanced English
