Job Description

Senior Manager leading clinical product analytics for CVS Signify Health’s in-home and virtual evaluations. Guiding metrics, causal inference, coding integrity, and analytics strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product/clinical analysts, including hiring, goal setting, formal performance review, and technical career development
  • Own the definition and governance of the clinical product metric set
  • Set analytics engineering standards, including dbt models, semantic layer definitions, Git-based version control, testing, and documentation
  • Direct the Power BI portfolio for product health and clinician network performance
  • Set the causal inference standard and govern experiment design and method selection
  • Build the evidence base for coding integrity and audit readiness
  • Apply population health methods to identify where encounters reach members who benefit most
  • Partner with data science and engineering to productionize models into point-of-care workflows
  • Own offline evaluation and post-deployment monitoring plans
  • Develop ROI projections and prioritize the analytics roadmap by business impact
  • Manage resourcing, intake, and delivery commitments across product and clinical stakeholders
  • Advise senior leadership and enterprise partners on data-driven strategy
  • Ensure analytics practices meet HIPAA, compliance, and regulatory expectations and withstand audit and validation review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Epidemiology/Biostatistics, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in product analytics, clinical analytics, or data science
  • 2+ years directly managing analysts or data scientists
  • Demonstrated ownership of an analytics roadmap from stakeholder intake through delivery and adoption
  • Advanced SQL
  • Working proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering frameworks
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows
  • Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods
  • Experience partnering with data engineering teams on pipeline design and data quality
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical and clinical audiences
  • Preferred: healthcare data experience, including claims, EHR/clinical documentation, HEDIS or Star Ratings, ICD-10-CM, or HCC risk adjustment
  • Preferred: advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, or related field
  • Preferred: portfolio-scale Power BI experience, including workspace governance and row-level security
  • Preferred: advanced causal inference techniques such as instrumental variables or synthetic control
  • Preferred: clinical coding credential such as CRC or CPC, or coding quality, audit, or validation experience
  • Preferred: value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or home-based care delivery experience
