Job Description
Senior Manager leading corporate FP&A strategy for Fuze Health’s digital healthcare and pharmacy business. Driving forecasting, reporting, financial insights, and executive decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial guidance and support high-level decision-making
- Oversee consolidated budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and corporate-wide financial planning
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, identify trends, and present actionable insights to optimize performance and guide investments
- Develop and present executive financial reports tracking company-wide KPIs, analyzing variances, and recommending actions to senior management and the board
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, HR, IT, and business unit leaders to support decision-making and company-wide alignment
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop mitigation and growth strategies
- Improve financial processes to enhance FP&A efficiency, accuracy, and impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Strong preference for healthcare or pharmaceutical sector experience
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to lead through influence and collaborate with peers and executive leadership
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with SQL, Looker, Alteryx, or similar tools
- Familiarity with pharmacy economics in retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmaceutical environments
- Advanced degree and extensive pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Expertise in advanced financial modeling and familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Sage Intacct preferred
- Ability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods and perform specified physical tasks
