Job Description
Senior Marketing Executive leading multi-channel campaigns for Tahaluf’s CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East pharma events. Driving attendance, exhibitor ROI, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end marketing cycle for CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East events
- Develop data-segmentation strategies targeting API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and big pharma C-suite
- Own the marketing budget and optimize ROI across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Drive high-quality marketing qualified leads through inbound marketing and targeted LinkedIn campaigns
- Oversee creation of whitepapers, webinars, and industry reports
- Manage automated Eloqua email journeys to nurture prospects through the registration funnel
- Act as primary marketing liaison for local health authorities and trade associations
- Negotiate barter agreements and manage regional and international trade press relationships
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless show-floor brand experience
- Provide weekly KPI reports on registration pacing and exhibitor marketing qualified leads
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B event marketing
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Healthcare sectors is a significant advantage
- Mastery of Marketing Automation tools
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- English is essential
- Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Must be able to work without relocation or sponsorship support
