Job Description

Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant at TEKenable implementing Business Central solutions and driving Digital Transformation across clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation.
  • Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues.
  • Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications.
  • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained.
  • Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications.

Requirements:

  • Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
  • Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels.
  • Excellent English, written and Oral.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but not essential).
  • Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Technologies; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Power Platform, Azure / Cloud concepts knowledge.
