Job Description
Senior Process Technician supporting semiconductor packaging for IonQ, a quantum computing platform company. Developing, testing, and improving packaging processes for quantum hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement semiconductor packaging processes and workflows
- Perform hands-on process technician work supporting quantum computing hardware
- Collaborate with engineering and technology teams on packaging activities
- Support the development, testing, and improvement of packaging processes
- Contribute to IonQ’s quantum computing, networking, sensing, and security platforms
Requirements:
- Access to technology subject to U.S. export control and government contract restrictions
- For US technical jobs, must verify U.S. Person status, obtain any necessary license, or qualify for a license exception
- U.S. Person status includes U.S. citizen, U.S. national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- Additional immigration-status questions required for export-control compliance
