Job Description
Procurement Specialist managing contract negotiations and driving operational improvements at FICO. Collaborating with diverse teams to enhance Procurement operations and vendor processes.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of contract negotiations and deal activity.
- Support contract deal activity including handling deals independently and with a team.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams including Procurement Leadership, Finance, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, Business Applications, Marketing, Human Resources, Physical Security and Safety, and Legal teams.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in system migrations and implementations, plus ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in Procurement or operational role with understanding of contracts and general Procurement principles.
- Experience working with and managing different workflows of a CLM tool.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project) and DocuSign.
- Experience using Oracle EBS and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
