Job Description
Senior Product Analyst responsible for leading product analytics and influencing product strategy at Interplay Learning. Collaborating with product managers, UX, and leadership for data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, product features, and key metrics
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements
- Create and manage insightful dashboards and reports
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Omni
- Ability to present complex information clearly and professionally
- Proven track record of driving work independently and proactively engaging with business stakeholders
- Deep understanding of designing metrics for SaaS applications
- Solid statistical analysis skills for A/B testing
- A “full-stack mindset”
- Familiarity with dbt
- Familiarity with data warehouses like Big Query, Snowflake, or Redshift
- A software engineering mindset and toolkit
- Experience with surveys (design, creation, maintenance, analysis)
- Experience with edtech analytics
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations
