Job Description
Senior Product Designer creating scalable Digital Forms and workflow experiences for Weave’s healthcare communication platform. Improving practice operations through research, interaction design, and cross-functional product collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end product experiences across Digital Forms, Team Chat, Task Center, and related workflows
- Translate complex operational needs into intuitive, seamless, and accessible experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to solve customer problems and improve productivity
- Partner with Product Managers on product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Define scalable interaction patterns and UI solutions for multi-step workflows
- Leverage and contribute to Weave’s Design System
- Conduct customer research with practice owners, office managers, and front-office teams
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, Pendo, and Sigma to understand behavior and evaluate design effectiveness
- Collaborate with platform designers on shared patterns and cohesive customer journeys
- Contribute to design culture through critique, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship
- Partner with Engineering throughout implementation to ensure design quality, accessibility, and consistency
- Report to the Product Design Manager
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- Strong UX and visual design fundamentals
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and create intuitive, efficient experiences
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating prototypes and exploring interaction patterns
- User-centered design methods
- Familiarity with Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or similar product analytics and research platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate customer needs, product requirements, and business goals into clear, thoughtful, scalable design solutions
- Strong attention to detail and design craft
- Focus on accessible, consistent, high-quality product experiences
- Successful completion of a background check
- Product design experience at product-led companies such as B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or vertical SaaS
