Job Description

Senior Product Designer crafting intuitive user experiences for B2B SaaS platform MEDDICC. Collaborating with teams and delivering high-quality design work in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Design with intent: Craft intuitive, user-centered workflows that make MEDDICC’s platform simple, elegant, and delightful to use.
  • Execute and ship: Create polished, production-ready design work, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and QA support.
  • Prototype fast: Build quick prototypes to test ideas, validate assumptions, and gather early feedback with users and the Product Team.
  • Uphold the standard: Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and best practices.
  • Collaborate deeply: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to refine problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly without compromising quality.
  • Ground decisions in user insight: Conduct or support user research, and use data & user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Solve for complexity: Turn data-heavy, workflow-intensive problems into clear, usable, friction-free experiences.
  • Communicate clearly: Share decisions, present work confidently, and align stakeholders around user-focused outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Product Design for B2B SaaS and a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced Agile teams
  • Experience with building or contributing to Design Systems
  • Proven ability to design UI/UX that solves real problems and drives outcomes for users - not just visual/graphic design
  • Experience conducting or participating in user research, usability tests, and synthesizing insights
  • Ability to design for complex workflows and articulate design rationale simply and confidently
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems
  • Bonus: experience in workflow-heavy products, ideally tied to sales, enablement, or productivity

Benefits:

  • This role is fully remote and requires working within UK business hours
