Job Description
Senior Product Designer at CRIO shaping user experiences in clinical research technology. Leading design strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, and analysis, translating findings into actionable design decisions
- Lead the design process from initial concept through final delivery, producing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate intent to both stakeholders and engineers.
- Apply and actively contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency, scalability, and reusability across the product portfolio.
- Design for accessibility and champion inclusive design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented, participating in sprint ceremonies as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Design experience developing user experiences and interface designs
- Experience owning end-to-end design work across one or more product areas — from discovery and research through to detailed interaction design and implementation
- Expertise in UX Design: wireframing, user journeys, interaction design, and prototyping
- Expertise in UI Design: branding, visual design, layouts, and high-fidelity mockups
- Hands-on experience creating, contributing to, and managing a design system
- Solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and how to apply and champion them in practice
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers
- Proficiency in Figma
