Job Description
Senior Product Manager responsible for driving voice automation strategies with Generative AI at Natera. Collaborating with teams to enhance patient and operational interactions through AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Natera’s voice automation initiatives
- Identify and prioritize high-value voice automation opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and deliver scalable AI voice solutions
- Evaluate and integrate third-party technologies to accelerate development and improve performance
- Develop and track success metrics to measure impact and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Partner with business and operations teams for seamless adoption and workflow integration of new AI features
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and voice UX
Requirements:
- Proven, hands-on experience designing, launching, and scaling voice automation or conversational AI products
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures
- Experience in AI model evaluation, data curation for voice systems, and working with APIs or frameworks such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Proven record of driving transformation through AI innovation
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field; 5+ years of experience in software development or digital product management
