Job Description
Product Manager/Product Owner für ZEP, eine deutsche B2B-SaaS-Zeiterfassungslösung. Verantwortlich für Produktvision, Backlog, Roadmap, Scrum-Prozesse und nutzerrelevante Features.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility for the feature realization process from idea to go-live
- Prioritize the backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and technical feasibility
- Maintain and structure the backlog, including acceptance criteria and estimates
- Develop the product roadmap and plan quarterly objectives
- Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and dailies (daily stand-ups)
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in user feedback sessions and sales meetings and translate findings into stories and epics
- Define and continuously improve relevant product KPIs
- Work closely with UX Research, Engineering, and the CPO
- Share responsibility with a second Product Manager for the entire product
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile tech environment
- Familiarity with product development frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Good understanding of technical concepts and a user-centered mindset
- Experience with product metrics and data-driven prioritization
- Self-motivation to actively shape and influence a product
- Practical experience with tools such as Jira, GitLab, or Figma
