Job Description

Senior Product Manager driving trauma-surgery marketing for Arthrex’s orthopedic medical innovations. Leading market research, product strategy, surgeon engagement, and partnerships across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analyses and research with a strong focus on trauma surgery and orthopedic innovations
  • Develop marketing materials supporting brand positioning and customer education for surgical solutions
  • Plan, organize, and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and awareness in orthopedics while ensuring effective use of budgets and resources
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop business plans for new and expanded product lines
  • Advise on pricing strategies and quality improvements to enhance service levels and product availability
  • Strengthen the company’s sales-oriented public presence through engagement with orthopedic surgeons, medical professionals, and industry leaders
  • Attend customer visits, trade shows, and professional events
  • Strengthen partnerships with OEMs and medical device manufacturers to monitor, optimize, and further develop existing solutions
  • Regularly accompany surgical procedures and human specimen training sessions to identify collaboration opportunities with third-party providers and expand the company’s product portfolio

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in human medicine or biomedical engineering, ideally with a specialization in orthopedics and trauma surgery
  • Alternatively, experience in orthopedics and trauma surgery combined with a degree in economics or business administration
  • Experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development focused on orthopedic devices or surgical solutions
  • Proactive, strategic mindset and in-depth understanding of orthopedic market dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with orthopedic surgeons, medical professionals, and industry experts
  • Structured, independent approach to work with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Extensive experience with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems
