Job Description
Lead Product Manager driving the strategy and delivery of Pitney Bowes’ ecommerce shipping platform. Collaborating with global teams to create scalable solutions for merchants and fulfillment partners.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Pitney Bowes’ ecommerce shipping and fulfillment platform
- Lead the evolution of ShipAccel into a scalable, modular operating system
- Identify market opportunities and close product capability gaps
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership
- Own outcomes across the full product lifecycle from vision through delivery and market adoption
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in SaaS product management, ideally within ecommerce, shipping, logistics, or fulfillment platforms
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
- Experience building business cases and managing product tradeoffs
- Ability to influence across distributed teams and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with global teams
