Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Chess.com shaping product roadmap for avid chess players. Driving engagement metrics and fostering deep engineering partnerships for product success.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the core product roadmap and vision.
- Identify what keeps players coming back, what causes them to leave, and what will delight them next.
- Engage with feedback from leadership and peers.
- Operate in public.
- Partner deeply with engineering, early and through to delivery.
- Define the metrics that matter for your area, build intuition for what drives them, and hold yourself accountable to moving them.
- Use AI to prototype, de-risk, and accelerate.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in product management, with strong consumer product experience.
- Excellent product taste, especially in the chess context.
- High-velocity communicator.
- 7+ years in product management, with strong consumer product experience (preferred).
- Technically fluent.
- AI-native.
