Job Description
Senior Product Marketing Manager leading positioning, launches, and go-to-market for TCP Software’s TimeClock Plus workforce management solution. Driving adoption, pipeline, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic marketing lead for TCP’s flagship TimeClock Plus time and attendance solution
- Develop deep understanding of customers, buyers, market, and competitive landscape
- Translate market insights into positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Build market intelligence and understand buyer journeys
- Develop product messaging with product management
- Create sales, partner enablement, external marketing, and demand generation content
- Assist with go-to-market strategy, target market identification, buyer persona interviews, use cases, and customer journey definition
- Establish competitive battlecards, conduct trainings, and help conduct quarterly win/loss analysis
- Define product structure, naming, packaging, licensing, and pricing across departments
- Own and coordinate product launches and drive product adoption
- Plan campaigns, channels, email nurture/drip programs, and target segments
- Define campaign targets and build performance and ROI reports and dashboards
- Monitor competitors and articulate product differentiators
- Serve as a company spokesperson and advocate for TimeClock Plus with analysts, press, customers, and investors
- Strengthen positioning, deliver launches, improve commercial performance, generate insights, influence strategy, drive measurable impact, and build cross-functional alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing; preferably at least 1-2 years in a senior position
- Understanding of and experience in B2B/SaaS technology
- Previous time-tracking, scheduling, or workforce management experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Ability to write clearly about technology and distill complex business and technology concepts into understandable value statements
- Adaptive, highly organized, self-motivated, ownership-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand technology’s core functions and articulate its business-level benefits
- Demonstrated success analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market for B2B software and service products
- Quantitative, creative, and exceptional communication skills
