Job Description

IT Senior Program Manager leading complex IT consulting programs for clients at Mobiz. Overseeing project managers and aligning business objectives with program outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large, multi-workstream programs and strategic initiatives for enterprise clients.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Serve as the senior point of escalation for program-level risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at executive and stakeholder levels.
  • Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance processes for program delivery.
  • Monitor interdependencies across projects and optimize resource allocation.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, resource forecasting, and capacity management.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, including strategic client engagements.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs across infrastructure, cloud (Azure/AWS), DevOps, cybersecurity, and automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI analysis, and program profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed, and remote teams across multiple geographies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
