Job Description
Sr. Project Manager delivering Logicalis IT infrastructure, cloud, and managed services projects. Managing budgets, scope, risks, vendors, and customer-facing delivery throughout project lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage IT projects through the entire life cycle using Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology
- Deliver project outcomes within approved Statement of Work parameters
- Lead Professional Services teams in initiating, planning, and delivering technology solutions on time and within budget
- Manage internal and external communications, project costs, customer contacts, project teams, and stakeholders
- Manage complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, collaboration, managed services, and digital workplace solutions
- Conduct project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities
- Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and quality gates
- Manage project scope and lead change management and Project Change Requests
- Manage project budgets, profitability targets, billing milestones, and Earned Value reporting
- Create and maintain master project plans and coordinate delivery resources
- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop communication plans covering meetings, status reporting, and escalation management
- Ensure deliverables meet Statement of Work requirements and customer acceptance
- Oversee third-party vendors’ or partners’ deliverables
- Document and share lessons learned to support continuous process improvement
- Support engineers in delivering projects involving IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Managed Services technologies
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies
- Provide customer service consistent with expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training
- Equivalent combination accepted
- 7+ years of enterprise-level project management experience, managing complex Information Technology projects leading teams of up to 10 resources
- 7+ years of project management experience in IT Professional Services, IT Infrastructure, Azure Cloud, and/or Managed Services technologies
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project
- Experience working within Project, Project Portfolio, or Workforce Management systems (i.e. Service Now)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly preferred
- CAPM, ITIL, CSM and/or technical certifications beneficial
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must meet the physical demands of the role, including occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
