Job Description
Project Operations Manager providing project management and operational support for PBGH’s California Quality Collaborative team. Focus on effective team operations and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities:
- provide project management and support to team operational workflows for the CQC team
- enables effective team operations
- independently manage assigned projects
- executive and stakeholder scheduling
- monitoring operational risks and dependencies across projects
- supporting funder reporting and compliance tracking
- developing and improving operational workflows, templates and governance processes
- facilitating communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders/partners
- oversee the continuous improvement of internal team processes, workflows, and governance
- manage operational aspects of Annual Organizational Sponsor engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- working directly with senior leaders
- independently managing complex schedules
- leading project management activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives involving health plans, provider organizations, purchasers, foundations, or government agencies (preferred but not required)
- Experience with utilizing, implementing or developing Artificial Intelligence agents for project management (preferred but not required)
