Job Description
Senior Project Manager leading engineering team in delivering products for a healthcare RCM firm. Managing project timelines, workflows, and fostering continuous improvement within a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Auxo products using Kanban methodology.
- Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives and continuous improvement sessions.
- Monitor and optimize workflow through Kanban boards, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Work closely with engineering leads to balance workloads and maintain optimal work-in-progress limits.
- Track project metrics including cycle time, lead time and throughput to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Product Strategy to prioritize work items and manage expectations.
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and Product Strategy.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks proactively.
- Foster a culture of continuous delivery and incremental improvement.
- Support the team in adopting and refining engineering processes.
- Stay curious, kind and contribute positively to the Revology culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing software development projects, specifically web application applications.
- Proven experience with lean software development and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
- Working knowledge of GitHub and modern version control practices.
- Understanding of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing and code review processes.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams in an iterative environment.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong problem solving abilities and proactive approach to removing impediments.
- Track record of successful web application delivery.
- Certification in Kanban Management (KMP) preferred but not required.
