Job Description
Python AI Developer responsible for evolving enterprise agents using CrewAI. Collaborating with global teams in building intelligent solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents using Python and CrewAI/CrewAI Enterprise.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows to automate corporate processes.
- Publish, deploy, and manage agents in CrewAI Enterprise environments.
- Develop custom tools integrating REST APIs, databases, and messaging (Service Bus).
- Implement advanced Prompt Engineering strategies, agent memory systems, RAG, and inter-agent collaboration.
- Work on integrations between agents and enterprise systems.
- Develop asynchronous code using async/await.
- Participate in troubleshooting, observability, and performance optimization of agents in production.
- Create automated tests to ensure solution quality and stability.
- Use Git for version control following GitFlow best practices and Azure DevOps.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with global teams in English.
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing AI agents using CrewAI or CrewAI Enterprise.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Solid experience in Prompt Engineering.
- Experience building REST APIs in Python using FastAPI.
- Experience with automated testing in Python.
- Advanced knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await).
- Familiarity with LLMs.
- Knowledge of agent memory systems (short- and long-term).
