Job Description
Senior Restaurant Readiness Specialist preparing restaurant teams for openings at 7-Eleven. Oversees training, analyzes results, and collaborates with operations teams to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing the restaurant and team for opening
- Leading on site-training
- Analyzing pre & post-opening results
- Recommending actions to improve business trends and execution of food and customer experience
- Collaborating with restaurant readiness managers, training department, and field operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Serv Safe Certified
- Experience in an organization with specific career progression related to operations
- Knowledge of Restaurant industry, foodservice best practices
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Strong facilitation and project management skills
