Job Description

Executive Recruiting Lead responsible for identifying top GTM/Sales talent for Cobalt. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies and candidate sourcing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Run a full desk of GTM/Sales/Marketing Executive searches across Cobalt, drawing upon a full-cycle executive recruiting toolkit:
  • Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and nurture lasting relationships with hard-to-access talent pools, maintaining an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and clear communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years executive recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting critical GTM or sales leadership roles. Exposure to recruiting in private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives
  • Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics
  • Superior written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to consistently identify candidates who exceed expectations and achieve long-term success
  • Resourceful and scrappy; eager to roll up sleeves and get the job done
  • Experience with or deep respect for the trades
