Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner managing recruitment across EMEA and NAM for AI consultancy. Partnering with leadership to source elite technical and commercial talent across diverse roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles across EMEA and NAM, spanning technical consulting, AI/data, project management, and commercial operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior executives to unpack hiring needs, define role profiles, and deliver structured, high-quality interview processes.
- Proactively source and headhunt passive talent utilizing advanced LinkedIn Recruiter workflows, market mapping techniques, and industry networks.
- Provide an exceptional, transparent candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
- Act as a data-driven talent advisor, delivering regional market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitive analysis to guide hiring strategies.
- Optimize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring strict data compliance, accurate reporting, and clean pipeline analytics.
- Support international talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, and the refinement of interview assessments.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast-paced technology consultancy, digital agency, or global professional services firm.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end multi-regional recruitment across both the UK/EMEA and North American (NAM) markets.
- Strong expertise sourcing niche technical and commercial profiles, ideally with exposure to enterprise ecosystems like Adobe (Marketo, AEM) and Salesforce, or AI and data consulting.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, consult, and constructively challenge hiring managers and senior executives.
- Mastery of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, CRM talent pools) and experience managing structured workflows within an ATS.
- High cultural agility and flexibility to navigate differing regional employment landscapes, time zones, and candidate expectations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling employer value proposition.
