Job Description

Responsibilities:
- CV screening and resume analysis
- Scheduling and conducting interviews via video call
- Preparing evaluation reports
- Active candidate sourcing on LinkedIn
- Ongoing candidate follow-up throughout the process
- Communicating with clients and aligning candidate profiles
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields (eligible for a curricular internship)
- Interest in recruitment and selection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working in dynamic environments and interacting with people
