Job Description
Senior Salesforce Engineer developing advanced integrations for healthcare technology platform. Collaborating across teams in a remote setting to ensure scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
- Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Lead and support data integrations and migrations from external systems into Salesforce
- Implement asynchronous processing (Batch, Future, Queueable Apex) to handle high data volumes and platform limits
- Work with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure clean, repeatable deployments
- Collaborate with backend, data, and cloud teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
- Apply software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, and code reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex and LWC)
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and external systems
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, large data volumes, and migration strategies
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Salesforce DX, Git, automation)
- Strong testing mindset with Apex unit tests and coverage strategies
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Nice to Have: Experience with ETL tools, data warehouses, or large-scale data migration projects
- Nice to Have: Exposure to AWS or cloud-based architectures integrated with Salesforce
- Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (Developer or Architect tracks)
