Job Description
Senior Siebel Developer designing Siebel CRM configurations, workflows, and integrations for an IT services company. Leading EAI/EIM delivery, troubleshooting, deployments, and technical mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Configure Siebel repository objects, including business components, business objects, applets, views, screens, and user properties
- Create, update, and maintain Siebel workflows, business services, eScript logic, and validation rules
- Design and resolve inbound and outbound integrations using EAI, integration objects, data maps, SOAP/REST services, XML, and JSON
- Oversee EIM data loading strategies, including IFB execution, updates, exports, and migration tasks
- Investigate batch failures and ensure data reconciliation
- Produce technical design documentation and effort projections
- Conduct code reviews and facilitate deployments throughout the SDLC
- Analyze and troubleshoot application performance, integration errors, and system issues using Siebel logs and Oracle SQL/PLSQL queries
- Mentor development team members
- Coordinate with QA analysts, business stakeholders, and external system partners to address defects and implement changes
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development, with advanced proficiency in CSW, EAI, and EIM technologies
- Comprehensive expertise in Siebel Tools or Web Tools, Workspaces, the Siebel data model, workflow mechanisms, business services, and eScript programming
- Proven experience designing resilient integration solutions, including service setup, data transformation, error management, and diagnostic procedures
- Practical capability in EIM operations, including data mapping, IFB configuration, batch job execution, performance optimization, and error remediation
- Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL and PLSQL
- Background in supporting release management and production support activities
- Ability to articulate technical strategies clearly and independently manage complex development initiatives
- Familiarity with Siebel IP20.x or newer versions, telecom CRM, order management systems, product configuration, and Open UI technologies is advantageous
