Job Description
Senior Social Media Manager driving Franki’s social media strategy and execution across Instagram and TikTok for a discovery and rewards app. Leading content creation, community engagement, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Own Franki’s social strategy, including channel strategy, content pillars, and campaign planning
- Fully own execution: content creation, publishing, campaigns, and ongoing optimization
- Create social-first content, especially short-form video (concepting, scripting, filming, editing)
- Lead social campaigns tied to product launches, rewards, seasonal moments, and local culture
- Collaborate with creators and internal teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content
- Manage posting cadence and content calendar end to end
- Own community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, outbound engagement)
- Track performance, identify what’s working, and iterate quickly based on data and trends
- Stay ahead of platform trends and move fast on timely opportunities
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or consumer app
- Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on Instagram and TikTok
- Strong creative instincts and hands-on content production skills
- Experience owning campaigns from idea through execution and analysis
- Comfortable being on camera and directing others when needed
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Clear communicator who can collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creators
- Based in Southern California (Los Angeles preferred)
