  • Apply AI-assisted engineering practices across the entire SDLC
  • Contribute to architecture and design decisions as the solution scales
  • Propose and help ship product improvements beyond core delivery work
  • Co-develop a unified network security management platform and automate conversion and onboarding of network security configurations

Requirements:

  • 7+ years professional experience with modern Python
  • Experience building and maintaining software products for external customers

  • Hands-on, everyday use of AI coding tools in the engineering workflow
  • Solid testing experience and ability to choose the right testing strategy
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations or API clients
  • Experience with data modeling and transformation, including parsers, intermediate representations, or schema-driven conversion
  • Fluency with Pydantic and strict static typing (mypy or equivalent)
  • CI/CD experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
  • Very good command of English, minimum B2, ideally C1, spoken and written
  • Experience with workflow or orchestration engines such as Temporal
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with SQLAlchemy or ORM-based data modeling
  • Experience with migration, import, or ETL-style tooling
  • Experience with asynchronous Python
  • Experience with XML at scale or grammar-based configuration parsing such as TextFSM
  • Experience with Go
  • Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana
  • Experience with modern Python packaging and tooling such as uv and ruff
  • Working understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, ACL, firewalls, and routing

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours and approach to work: fully remotely, in the office or hybrid
  • Professional growth supported by internal training sessions and a training budget
  • Solid onboarding with a hands-on approach
  • A great atmosphere among professionals who are passionate about their work
  • The ability to change the project you work on
