Job Description
Lead strategic initiatives in operational technologies for healthcare at Ensemble, a revenue cycle management leader. Ensure project alignment with organizational objectives while fostering team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Drive business outcomes by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure project success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and organizational performance.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting project updates and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and measure success.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with project implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise with Health Information Systems, especially Epic.
- In-depth knowledge of technical interfaces for Health Information Systems.
- Proven experience in developing roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and customer needs.
- Proficiency in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, along with familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of strategic business planning and execution within healthcare technology or related industries.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
