Job Description
Senior Technical Lead overseeing AI projects for customizable sales software at Sales-Hub. Leading a development team to drive innovation in AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI projects
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing development team
- Provide deep technical leadership in AI technologies
- Ensure the highest standards of code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI project related communications
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- At least 3 years in a technical leadership role focusing on AI-related projects
- Proficient in AI technologies, integrations, programming languages (Python, TypeScript), and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Strong experience with JIRA or similar project management tools
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies
- Proven ability to lead and manage high-performance development teams
